One of the favorite spring holidays is the 8th of March. It is on this day that it is customary to give women bouquets of spring flowers. But the women themselves are ready to decorate with their own hands any holiday. So, in the middle of the 20th century, our women managed to pamper their loved ones with tasty and beautifully decorated dishes, despite the fact that there were not many things on the store shelves, practically all products, except for eggs and canned fish. It is from them that enterprising housewives managed to create a solemn salad, featuring a colorful spring decoration and excellent taste. It was the fish salad of Mimoza that became the decoration of the table in those years for the international women's day, and many other celebrations. Outwardly always the same mimosa salad, the recipe of preparation had a different. External unity was achieved due to the design of the egg yolk, which was rubbed and sprinkled salad from above, to give the salad an outward resemblance to the fragrant spring flower mimosa.
