The Yubileiny Sports Palace (Tver) was opened in 1983. Until then, the only significant sports facility in the city was the football stadium "Chemist".

At the moment the sports complex has two icearena. The main one is equipped with stands for two thousand people with an area of 1713 m². Here there are training of hockey players and figure skaters, as well as major events: hockey matches, championships in figure skating, mass skating.
The second arena, which started work in 2008, takes up less space, has balconies for spectators and is mostly used as a training area.
Sports complex "Jubilee" has halls for fitness, choreography and a gym. In addition to athletes involved here, they can attend for a fee anyone.
There is also a games room in the complex. Volleyball players and basketball players train here. The hall is equipped with stands for 350 spectators and competitions are held on the named sports games.
