Pyridoxine weakens the active function of levodopa andstrengthens the action of diuretics. But weaken the effect of the pyridoxine penicillamine, isonicotine hydrazide, cycloserine. A good combination of pyridoxine gives with aspartame, glutamic acid, cardiac glycosides.
Reduces the absorption of cyanocobalamin salicylates, aminoglycosides, antiepileptic drugs, potassium preparations, colchicine.
