Modern world standards of renderingmedical care in highly developed countries are at a sufficiently high level, where modern medicine with the help of the latest technology can already save people in a variety of situations. Unfortunately, in our world there are still a number of diseases that are difficult to treat, but the gradual development in this respect makes it possible to say with confidence that sooner or later in the fight against deadly diseases the point will be put.

As for Russia, then, unfortunately, standards of medical care are far from being in line with current requirements. Once our medicine was one of the most modern in the world, and citizens could be proud of the advanced achievements of this field. However, after the collapse of the USSR and the times of the emergence of capitalist Russia, a large fundamental base was destroyed, and many literate specialists in this field moved to the West. As a result, although we are witnessing the growth of development in this area, however, despite the emergence of many private clinics, hospital complexes and hospitals, there is still a shortage of qualified personnel and expensive modern equipment.

Any standard is a specificThe norm, approved at the state level as the minimum permissible for the quality provision of services. Medical standards are distinguished by certain norms, which each country fixes in the legislative aspect as the main criteria that the healthcare system must meet. In the first place in terms of medical services are the US, followed by Switzerland, Norway, Germany, France and Canada. Here, the requirements for medical services are quite high and every citizen can be sure that the state will provide him with medical assistance if necessary. However, for such care for the health of citizens, they themselves pay huge amounts in the form of monthly deductions to the insurance and medical care fund, which sometimes reach 12%.

In our country the standards of medicalalthough they do not reach the level of the world, although they are guaranteed by the constitution. According to the main law of the country, every citizen of our country has the right to free guaranteed medical care, as well as to provide first aid if necessary. Despite the fact that often the citizens often have to pay for the services of certain doctors, this law has not been canceled, and anyone can defend their right not for free treatment in court. In comparison with the citizens of the European Union, our compatriots contribute much less to the development of the health care system, which has both advantages and disadvantages.

On the one hand, if the Russians were100% in the free provision of medical services, then it is not only possible, but also more rational, to reach the standards of rendering world-class medical assistance and deducting larger amounts than today's. On the other hand, knowing the mentality of many representatives of the authorities, as well as the tops of the same medical leaders, one can also assume that even with significant monthly deductions, there would be very few honest taxpayers' money for the development of medicine in our country. Thus, with the introduction of an additional tax and the deduction of a certain percentage on the development of health care, the existing problem might not have been solved.

In conclusion, I would like to add once again that inthe future should still be viewed with optimism, since even despite the fast pace of development, the standard of medical care is constantly increasing, which can not but please the citizens of our country.
