History
Few people do not know what ANH is, because in 1977the year when the Academy of the National Academy of Sciences was founded under the USSR Council of Ministers, the people at once nicknamed it "the smithy of ministers". And the popularity of this educational institution among students and students from among the top management of the country made it the most prestigious university in the Union. Since the late 1980s, the Academy of Sciences has opened new business education faculties, which were not heard at other educational institutions at that time. In 1995, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation assigned the institution the status of the leading educational and scientific center for the retraining of civil servants. Four years later, the academy initiated the start of a state experiment on the introduction of MBA programs (a business administration magistrate). In 2010, the Academy of Public Administration and the Academy of Civil Service merged, resulting in the formation of the Federal State Higher Educational Institution "Russian Academy of National Economy and the State Duma under the President".
