Until now, the railway communication between these settlements partially passed through the territory of Ukraine. Those who needed to get from Voronezh to Krasnodar or, say, Rostov-on-Don, had to cross the state border twice.

The competence of the second group of specialists includes the excavation of the roadbed and the installation of small artificial objects - for example, culverts.

On the assurances of the project managers, the progresswork is strictly monitored. Every day specialists of visiting laboratories are sent to the site, and professional sappers are assigned to the battalions.
