How to cook Tartar sauce?

For quick preparation we need the following ingredients:

- mayonnaise for your taste 120 g.

- finely chopped gherkins 1 tbsp. a spoon

- finely chopped onions 1 tbsp. a spoon

- finely chopped capers 1 tbsp. a spoon

- Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tbsp. spoons

- salt, black pepper to taste

In order to cook mayonnaise in the homeconditions, you need a blender (although you can do without it). All the ingredients for mayonnaise we put in a blender and beat to a homogeneous mass. This does not apply to olive oil, it is added gradually with a thin trickle and slowly mixed. Have got a mayonnaise. Now you can go directly to cooking Tartar sauce.
