Sinaflan, analogues of the preparation("Flucinar", "Fluciderm" and others) refer to glucocorticoid (hormonal) drugs for external use. The use of these medicines can reduce inflammation on the skin.
Ointment "Sinaflan" has antipruritic,anti-edematous, anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effect. When applied to the skin, rapid absorption of the drug is noted. Metabolism (disintegration) occurs in the liver. Excretion is carried out with urine.
In clinical practice with allergic andinflammatory diseases of the skin of non-microbial nature often prescribed ointment "Sinaflan". The use of the drug is recommended for seborrheic dermatitis (inflammation of the head cover, provoked by increased work of the sebaceous glands). Indications include eczema of different localization and origin. With neurodermatitis (a skin disease of an allergic nature) prescribe the ointment "Sinaflan". The use is recommended for red planar lichen, burns.
Indication should include diseasesconnective tissue of a systemic nature (for example, scleroderma, lupus erythematosus). Contraindications
Ointment "Sinaflan" is not prescribed for hypersensitivity to its components.

Do not use Sinaflan Ointment with itching of the perineum and anus, skin tuberculosis.
Contraindicated use of the drug in anytumor skin processes, due to the fact that the drug stimulates the development of neoplasms.
