(Probably, they are judged according to the order in their country). They made a terrible noise, believing that the medals were prepared in advance. Then they began to say that the Crimean leaders are embarrassed by the fact that they received a medal "For the Return of the Crimea". Privileges were invented, they say, for such a reward. All this should not be taken seriously. The medal does not give any privileges.
