The leader of the "Silver wedding" Svetlana Beninsists that it be called simply Benka. She was born in the summer of 1973 in Vitebsk in the family of medical workers. After graduating from the Vitebsk School of Arts, she continued her studies at the State University of Culture and Arts. In 2006 she finished her studies in the specialty of "puppet theater director". Before her career in the "Silver Wedding" Svetlana even managed to work by profession, putting several performances. But on this she did not stop, having tried herself in the role of the poetess, solo singer and creator of the theater "Kartonka".
