For cooking, you will need 2onion, 3 garlic cloves, one medium-sized carrot, half a glass of rice, tomato paste (100 g), 800 grams. minced meat (pork, beef), salt, sour cream, vegetable oil. And, of course, pepper - one kilogram.

Preparation. Mine pepper in the water, remove the tails, seeds and septums. Peel and chop the onions. We rub the carrot on the grater. Vegetables mixed and passaged in vegetable oil for about five minutes. Boil rice in salted water. Put the minced meat and vegetables in a separate bowl. Stirring. Add rice and salt. Pepper is filled with the mixture in such a way that there are no voids inside. We put the pepper stuffed with meat into a saucepan. Fill with water diluted in it with tomato paste. Peppers should be covered with sauce to the top. Cook the food on a small fire for about 50-60 minutes. If desired, chopped garlic can be added to the sauce. Pepper stuffed with meat, ready!

For cooking, you need carrots,garlic, half a liter of water, a glass of sugar, 4 tablespoons of salt, 1.5 cups. vinegar, 0.5 liters. sunflower oil, bell pepper. And do not forget about the main ingredients - cabbage and pepper. The number of vegetables can be taken to your liking. It is very important that the carrots and cabbage mixture is enough for all the peppers.

Preparation. Mix the ingredients needed for the sauce: water, sugar, vinegar, salt, butter and peppercorns. Bring the marinade to a boil. Pretty well my pepper, remove the tails and seeds. Blanch the prepared vegetables in the sauce for five minutes.

Carrots mine and three on a grater. Shinkle the cabbage. We peel the garlic and cut it into slices. Mix the vegetables. We stuff the peppers with cabbage and put them in a deep saucepan. Fill the dish with sauce. From above it we cover with a plate and we put oppression. After two weeks, the dish can be served to the table.

To make it, you need 150 gr. butter (cream), four boiled eggs, salt, a glass of walnuts. Also need 200 gr. cheese and six sweet peppers.

Cooking. Pepper is cut into two identical halves along. We remove the core and stem. We rub the cheese on a small grater. Clean and cut into cubes of eggs.

Walnuts are ground in a mixer. We mix everything thoroughly. We add butter, ground pepper and salt. Stirring. The resulting filling is laid out on halves of pepper, send to the refrigerator for half an hour. Bon Appetit!

To prepare a snack, you need garlic (3 cloves), dill, salt. Also take 200 gr. cottage cheese, as much cream cheese and a few peppers (different in color).

Preparation. Mine peppers, remove seeds and tops. Grind the garlic, finely chop dill. Mix the cream cheese and cottage cheese in a bowl. We add greens, salt and garlic. Densely stuff a mixture of peppers and put them in the refrigerator for half an hour. Before serving, cut the vegetables into slices 1.5 centimeters thick and spread on a plate.
