Then put them in a container and pour boiling water for 5 minutes. The liquid is drained. In the meantime, you need to make a syrup. For 200-250 ml of water we take 800 grams of sugar. We lower the shells into the boiling syrup and cook for 10 minutes, not allowing the boil to boil too much. Then gently take the apples and put them in jars. The glass container must be sterilized beforehand. The syrup remaining from the preparation is boiled again and we fill them with jars of apples. Jam from the bottles, cooked in this way, can be closed with polyethylene covers and stored in a cooler place. In this case, an amber product with beautiful whole fruits is obtained.

Jam from the bottles can be prepared and a littleanother way. To do this, you need to take one kilogram of apples of this class and thoroughly wash them. Then cut them into slices and fall asleep with sugar in the amount of one kilogram. We give the future jam to infuse for 7.5 - 8 hours. During this time it should start up the juice. After this period, we pour a glass of water into the container with the prepared product and put it on the fire. We give the boil to boil and cook it for about 5 minutes. Then we set it aside for 10 hours. Next, cook until ready. Jam is considered ready when it becomes transparent, and the fruit sinks to the bottom. Preliminary we prepare glass jars.
