- oyster sauce - 80 ml;
- vinegar rice - 1 tsp;
- sauce dark soy - 2 tsp;
- sunflower oil - 4 tbsp. l;
- corn starch - 2 tsp;
- chicken broth - 50 ml;
- sweet pepper - 1 pc.
For cooking noodles you will need:
- egg noodles - 100 gr;
- red onion - 1 piece;
- chili pepper - 2 pieces;
- sweet chili sauce - 4 tbsp. l;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- juice (from 1 lime);
- brown sugar - 2.5 tbsp. l;
- a handful of mint leaves and cilantro;
- vegetable oil.
First, you should wash and dry the meat well. Beef cut into slices better, about 5 cm. Place the meat in enameled dishes and add soy light sauce, starch and rice vinegar. A little stir and leave for 20 minutes. While marinating meat, cook noodles. So that it does not fuse after cooking, it is advisable to pass it with cold water. Finely chop the onions and garlic.
