We need: 200 grams of a good "varenka" of high quality, a bag of yeast, a glass of milk, an egg, a little more than a glass of flour, a little sugar, lean oil, a little salt.
How to cook
- We sift the flour into a bowl. Yeast is bred in a small amount of warm water or milk, adding a pinch of sugar, so that they "stirred".
- We add salt to the flour with sugar, butter with egg, milk is warm. Knead the soft yeast dough. Cover it with a film and let it come in warm.
