And it's not a secret for everyone that each housewife makes a traditional recipe for making changes to her taste, for example meat in French with mushrooms or pineapple. There are a lot of options for this dish. In addition, the preparation of baked dishes - it's not a troublesome thing. It is necessary to pick up the right ingredients, cut them, and, by arranging, send the baked in the oven.

Here are a few recipes for baked dishes that you can prepare for the holiday.

Meat in French with mushrooms

The following ingredients are required for meat preparation:

  • 500gr. meat
  • 3 potatoes of large sizes
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3 onions
  • 300 gr. mushroom mushrooms
  • a pack of mayonnaise
  • 300gr. cheese
  • spice


Meat in French with mushrooms is prepared as follows. Wash and dry the meat and cut it into slices. Pieces of meat sprinkle with spices, salt and leave to soak for a while.

Lubricate the baking dish with a small amountbutter. Wash potatoes, peel and cut into not very thick circles. Pour the potato slices gently into a mold and salt. Top the meat, soaked in spices. Next, peel the onions, cut into rings and lay them on meat. Wash fresh mushrooms well, chop finely and fry them a little in vegetable oil. Fry the mushrooms evenly on a layer of onions. Mine tomatoes, cut into thin slices and put them on top of the mushrooms. Meat in French with mushrooms is abundantly greased with mayonnaise and we are sent to bake in a hot oven for an hour. We take the dish, sprinkle with cheese, grated, and again put in the oven. Bake should be so that a cheese crust appears.

Meat in a merchant manner with mushrooms

For cooking meat you will need products in quantities:

  • 1.2 kg. beef meat
  • tomato (3 pieces)
  • champignons (250gr.)
  • 200gr. cheese
  • pepper mix
  • mustard
  • salt


Beef we cut across the fibers with thinlayers (1 centimeter thick). After that, we beat off the meat and lay it on a baking tray, which was pre-greased with oil. Top with beef pepper, grease a small amount of mustard and salt. It is recommended to leave the meat for half an hour to marinate. Mine tomatoes and cut them into circles, the same in size. We spread one tomato slice for each piece of meat. Then gently cut the plates mushrooms and put them on top of the tomatoes. Slightly salt and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Meat baked in 40 minutes at an oven temperature of 190 degrees.

French french potatoes with mushrooms

Baked potatoes can be prepared from the following ingredients.

  • 400 grams of ground beef
  • 200 gr. of Russian cheese
  • fresh white mushrooms (150gr.)
  • 2 small bulbs
  • a jar of white beans in tomato sauce
  • a bag of mayonnaise
  • beef seasoning
  • pepper and salt


Wash well in water and peelpotatoes. Peeled potatoes cut into strips, add pepper and salt. Wash the champignons mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Then peel the onion and chop it finely. In a frying pan fry mushrooms and onions. The form is lubricated with oil, so that the dish is not burnt, we spread exactly the potato straw, on it - canned beans and fried mushrooms with onion, and on top with minced meat. Lubricate the dish with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese (previously grated). We bake the potatoes in French for about 60 minutes, if the temperature in the oven is 180 degrees.

The prepared dish is decorated with dill and is served to the dining table.
