Draniki is a national Belarusian dish,which is to the liking of both the inhabitants of Belarus and the greater part of the population of the neighboring countries. - Potatoes - 5 pieces of medium size;
- Eggs - 2 pieces;
- Minced meat - 100-150 grams;
- Onion - 2 pieces;
- Flour - 1-2 tablespoons;
- Black pepper and salt to taste;
- Vegetable oil.
Initially, you need to prepare potatoes, that ispeel it and grate it (fine or medium). In order that it does not darken, it is recommended to immediately add finely grated onions (1 piece). Ingredients for mushroom stuffing will be: 50 grams of dried mushrooms, 1-2 onions, 0.3 cups of mushroom broth, 50 grams of butter and a little salt.
