Salad "Gentle" with chicken and prunes
This salad will be the decoration of your table. He is incredibly tender, juicy and fragrant. For its preparation we will need:
- Chicken fillet 200 gr.
- Potatoes 100 gr.
- Prunes 100 gr.
- Carrot 100 gr.
- Walnuts 100 gr.
- Salt pepper
- Light Mayonnaise
- Ground paprika
- Olive oil
Chicken fillet wash and dry on a paper towel. Then rub it with salt, pepper and ground paprika, grease it with olive oil and put it in a baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and put inher chicken for half an hour. In the meantime, wash and peel potatoes and carrots. Boil them in salted water for 30-35 minutes. This is the second version of the popular salad. It is much more substantial than the previous recipe, which allows you to serve it not even as an appetizer, but as a full-fledged main course. To prepare a salad "Gentle" with chicken and mushrooms, we will need:
- 200 gr. chicken fillet;
- 200 gr. pickled mushrooms;
- 100 gr. Luke;
- 100 gr. potatoes;
- 100 gr. carrots;
- 2 eggs;
- olive oil;

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the chicken there for no more than half an hour, then it will turn out to be juiciest and softest. In the meantime, wash and boil the potatoes and carrots until softening, it takes about 40 minutes. Also boil two eggs. When the chicken is baked, cool it and cut into cubes. Grind all the ingredients so that the pieces are about the same size. This salad is better to make a layer, then it can be better rasprobovat. First layer lay the potatoes, then carrots and grease with mayonnaise. On mayonnaise put the chicken, onions, then marinated mushrooms and again a layer of mayonnaise.
