And, of course, a tile of high-quality chocolate for glaze. Having spread out all the purchased products, so that they were at hand, we prepare the cake.

Let's start with the cake. Of course, for a cook with an experience it's enough just to specify: mix the short dough, adding to it three tablespoons of cocoa. Since the recipe can be read by beginners, we specify: in a bowl, grind 4 yolks with a glass of sugar, add a pack of softened (but not liquid!)
