Flowers In The Bathroom
Increased humidity, frequent changes in temperature,the absence of light, it would seem, make the bathroom an unsuitable place for plants. Despite this, there are varieties that can endure such "Spartan" conditions.
Location. Flowers should be located away from the sink andbaths, from where the spray of water constantly flies. For flowering plants sills are well suited. Care. In contrast to the flowers in the living room,bedroom or nursery, plants in the bathroom need a more thorough care. Once a week, you need to rinse the leaves with a damp cloth. If they are heavily contaminated with various chemicals - varnishes, sprays, powders - they can be rinsed under running water. If paste, shampoo or shower gel is on the sheet, it must be immediately wiped.
Since withered plants are difficult to wipe, it is better not to have them in the bathroom at all. Blossoming specimens, which need sun, must be regularly turned to light.
As soon as the plants begin to wither, you must transfer them to another room. In a month they will come back to normal, and you can return them to their original place. You can get rid of such problems by making : fresh flowers in a vase will decorate any room.
Interior. Plants should be in harmony with stylisticsbathroom. For example, in strict minimalistic lines kallas and orchids look good. The room in the country style will be decorated with simple, rustic flowers like chamomiles and cornflowers.
In terms of color combination it is necessary to adhere to contrast or conformity. If the bathroom vanilla or light yellow, the flowers should be selected in tone, yellow, or, conversely, blue, purple.
