Then unscrew the clutch from the engine flywheel. After removing the clutch cover and the driven disc, check the condition of all parts. The rivet heads should be deepened by 1.1 mm, if this figure is less, then the disk must be replaced.

When installing the slave drive in the casing, the part that protrudes relatively out of the hub must be directed towards the spring.

Install the discs on the flywheel, while firmly tightening the fastening bolts.

If the clutch repair is carried out for a reason incomplete inclusion, then straightening is performedclutch disc. After that, the binding of the hub is eliminated. Further, the friction linings, which are broken or weakened by rivets, are replaced.

If the clutch is engaged by jerks,replacement of the clutch disc, since the spring plates have lost their elasticity or the springs of the torsional vibration damper have failed. After that, the working surface of the flywheel and the clutch disc is cleaned, or the oily surface of the clutch disc is cleaned. Then it is necessary to replace the gearbox bearing.

Carrying out the repair of the clutch at the occurrence ofnoise, knocking or rattling, replacement of the clutch plate broken by a damper is made (damper - torsion damper). Further, the pressure bearing and splined joint parts are replaced, as well as the bearing of the front end of the drive shaft of the gearbox. After that, the clutch cover is replaced with a weak diaphragm spring.
